these are made using identical pipe thickness, then redesigned the routing to perfectly match the M8 and M5 chassis.

Materials

The Titanium used is 1.2mm thick Grade 5. Same as Akrapovic uses. (known as Ti-6Al-4V) is an alpha-beta titanium alloy containing 6% aluminum, 4% vanadium, and 90% titanium, widely valued for its high strength-to-weight ratio and corrosion resistance. [1, 2]

Vanadium (V): 3.50% – 4.50%

Iron (Fe) max: 0.40%

Oxygen (O) max: 0.20%

Carbon (C) max: 0.08%

Nitrogen (N) max: 0.05%

Hydrogen (H) max: 0.015%

Titanium (Ti): Balance (~90%)

Stainless Steal

304 stainless steel is an austenitic alloy featuring a nominal composition of 18% chromium and 8% nickel, making it the most versatile and widely used stainless steel grade. [1]

Chromium (Cr): 17.5% – 19.5%

Nickel (Ni): 8.0% – 10.5%

Carbon (C): 0.08% max (standard 304); 0.03% max (304L low-carbon variant)

Manganese (Mn): 2.0% max

Silicon (Si): 0.75% max

Phosphorus (P): 0.045% max

Sulfur (S): 0.015% max
