DESIGN & DEVELOPMENT

• Expanded Air Path: A large venturi tube feeds into a redesigned airbox with an 80% larger opening, doubling the cross-sectional area of the front inlet.
• High-Flow Air Filter: Short-stack, large surface area filter with a 170–175mm opening directs airflow efficiently along the inlet tubes for maximum velocity stack.
• Standalone Turbo Inlet Tube: Smooth radius design reduces turbulence, improving turbo response and mid-range torque.
• Optimized with CFD Analysis: Multiple prototypes were tested to ensure smooth airflow, lower turbulence, and enhanced engine responsiveness under all driving conditions.

PERFORMANCE RESULTS
Independent Maha MSR500 dynamometer tests show 347 BHP, a 17 BHP gain over stock, with consistent torque and power from 2500–7000 rpm. Road testing confirms improved low-end torque, sharper throttle response, and a more eager engine under partial and full load.
